The server checks identity review, instruction, attendance, and instructor sign-off before issuing an attempt. The proposed passing score is 70%.
Staff review
Each action requires its own dealer assignment. A general reviewer account does not grant these duties.
Completion register
Specimens keep their original serial and void history. A handoff export is preparation only.

Preserve this participant's exact course, retained teaching files and recorded history. Includes answer keys and synthetic identity details. Both coordinator and registrar assignments are required. Nothing is sent to DMV.
